The Salzmann site in Kassel-Bettenhausen is a historically significant area that is now undergoing comprehensive redevelopment.
The Lindhorst Group and Rossing are planning approximately 500 affordable apartments, a nursing home, a commercial and hotel complex, and a parking garage. The aim is to revitalize the area and create a diverse and sustainable living and working environment. With an investment volume of around €108 million, construction is scheduled to begin in 2025. The project combines historical significance with modern urban development and will provide impetus for Kassel's future.
