Senior residence Osterholz-Scharmbeck
Cureus is building a modern senior citizens' residence for compassio with 143 barrier-free care places, 28 service apartments and a day care center with 18 places.
The residence includes spacious common areas, a restaurant, a lounge with a fireplace, a library, and a care bathroom, while the serviced apartments are barrier-free and feature a private bathroom and balcony. The residential and care areas are divided into family-like living groups that foster a home-like environment and social interaction.
The project is centrally located and easily accessible within the city and features a natural, park-like design for the outdoor areas. Completion is planned for mid-2025.
