Residential area “Reiherstieg”
In Lüneburg-Wilschenbruch, the sustainable residential quarter “Reiherstieg” is being built with seven buildings, including five apartment buildings with 37 residential units and two two-family houses.
All buildings will be constructed using solid construction methods, with underground parking, rooftop photovoltaic systems, and built to the EH-40 energy standard. Modern architecture, accessible floor plans, landscaped grounds, and a public playground will create a desirable living environment, complemented by at least 30% rent-controlled housing. Completion of the first apartments is planned for the end of 2026.
